In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds and almond milk until well combined.
Add in the peanut butter, strawberry jam, and honey (if using) and stir until everything is evenly distributed.
Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to soak up the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.
Once the pudding has set, give it a good stir to make sure there are no clumps of chia seeds.
Serve the pudding in a bowl and top with fresh strawberries (if using) or any other toppings of your choice.
